Camstead Homes has built a unique reputation for prestigious, contemporary and traditional properties in exclusive locations across the south east – from luxury city apartments to spacious family homes in prime rural and urban settings.

But we like to give a little extra. Our dedication to premium quality – based on a combination of traditional skills with the most modern techniques – means unparalleled attention to detail, from architectural design to final finish. The iconic Eleven building in Cambridge received great critical acclaim for its imaginative flair and art deco styling, and Camstead is now one of the few companies in the UK to have been awarded an 'A1 Premium Rating' by the National House Building Council.

In addition, our policy of 'continued development within everyday life' means we believe in providing support to the wider community, including sponsorship of sports facilities and community arts, as well as funding for improved local healthcare.

This brochure and the show home are designed to give a general idea of the type of home on the development and how it could be decorated and furnished; they are not however, to be taken as part of the
specification or contract. Dimensions are as accurate as practicable, but they may vary depending on internal finishes. The latest materials are always used, and therefore, certain modifications are
always inevitable. Each prospective purchaser should, therefore, check the plans and specification of the home in which they are interested with the sales staff. The marketing name may not always be retained.
