Bradwell Springs – Landmark Development of Traditional Peak District Homes Begins

A much anticipated scheme for 55 traditional, stone-built houses in the natural surroundings of the Peak District National Park as begun. Now planning has been received for the new houses, work can begin to create a stunning new community of 2,3,4 and 5 bedroom detached homes and town houses, featuring authentic stone walls, and slate roofs and traditional drystone walling throughout the scheme.

Ranging in size from just 879 sq ft to 2280 sq ft, the new residential development, known as Bradwell Springs will be lovingly built by a team of highly skilled builders working alongside timed-served craftsmen using heritage skills and materials which reflect the natural splendour of the area.

Ground works have begun and utilities and new access roads are now being constructed ahead of the first foundations.
